View Raster Charts

The RYA Training Chart Plotter includes Raster Charts to illustrate the difference between a Raster Chart (essentially an image just like a paper chart) and a Vector Chart (where the plotter draws the image from a set of features and coordinates every time).

The normal chart display in the plotter is a vector chart but at any position on the vector chart you can right click and see the raster chart of the same area.

Just right click to bring up the context menu and choose "Raster Chart RYA3" for example.


The picture shows a raster chart view and a vector chart view side by side (by docking the raster chart pane to the application).
